Behind the scenes? I was falling apart.
In my mid-30s, my routines stopped working. My energy tanked, sleep vanished, and brain fog made simple tasks feel impossible. I pushed harder—cleaner eating, longer workouts, fewer drinks—and felt worse. The doctor said “everything looks normal.” But nothing felt normal.
